what areas do you service?
We currently service residential and commercial clients in Lexington and commercial clients only in Louisville.
Are you flexible in your hours of operation
Our normal business hours are 8am to 5pm, Monday thru Friday. However, we will always place our client first, so if you need weekend work or evening work, just ask us - we will do our best!
What should i look for in a cleaning service provider?
A good cleaning company will have a lot going for them. Their representatives should be clean and properly dressed. The company should be able to provide you with references. They also should carry general liability and workers compensation. Last, but not least, it should be obvious that their goal is to service your home or business with mutual interest on their mind - not just your money.
Why do you not offer estimates over the phone?
We offer free estimates at your home or business at your convenience. We insist on seeing the property because that is the most proper way to price the job in a mutually fair way and provide quality cleaning services knowing exactly what tools, chemicals, and other equipment is needed. As no two homes or offices are the same, it would not be fair to our clients to have a flat rate.
Do you guarantee your work?
We offer a 100% guarantee on our work. If you should ever be unhappy with anything we do, and you notify us within 24 hours, we will return for free and make it right.
Do we have to be on the property when you clean?
That is entirely up to you. If you are there, we look forward to getting to know you better. If you are not, we will treat your home with the respect it deserves and make it great for your return.
Do you carry insurance?
Yes. We carry a generous general liability policy and a workers compensation policy.
how do i pay for my services?
Our preferred method of payment is check or cash in an envelope turned in to our cleaner at the time of service. If you prefer to pay with credit card, you can make the payment on our website where we accept all types of credit cards via PayPal checkout, or you can ask our cleaners to use the mobile register we make available to them.
Will i always have the same cleaner?
We always attempt to send the same cleaner or team to your home or business. However, vacations, time off requests etc. can affect that. Rest assured - all of our cleaners have great training and are happy to assist you in any way possible.
Do I need to do anything before you arrive?
You do not have to do anything - however - the less clutter there is the more we can clean, so decluttering living areas and counters helps us clean more for you.
Will my cleaner arrive on time?
We use state of the art service software to ensure our scheduling is as accurate as possible. However, due to the nature of our work (traffic, emergencies) we reserve a 30 minute arrival window. If our cleaners should ever be late, you will be timely notified via phone, text, and/or email.
what if i need to reschedule?
No problem. Unlike other companies, we do not have any cancellation charges. All we ask is that you notify us as soon as you know that you need to cancel, so that we have time to find other work for our cleaners and allow them to provide for their families.
WHy do you use your own chemicals?
The chemicals we use are of high quality. Limiting the number of chemicals we use makes our training and safety compliance easier. In addition to that, we are able to buy them at large quantities and pass on the savings to you.

how do you handle keys that you retain?
All the keys or access cards that we retain on behalf of our clients are stored safely in a break-in proof safe. In addition, they are all color coded and the codes are stored safely in a cloud based program available only to our management, so that even if the keys were lost, nobody could connect them to our clients and their property.
What if i have pets?
We love pets and have no problems working with and around them. However, if you have an aggressive pet, or one scared of vacuums, we will ask you to create them or separate them into another room.
will you do my laundry and dishes?
For a small, additional charge, we will be happy to process your laundry and dishes while on site.
